Our farm-to-table restaurant

We're farmers before we're restaurateurs. What comes to the table is grown or raised here: cheese and ricotta from our sheep, cured meats and porcetto from our own livestock, vegetables from the garden, and the wine and myrtle liqueur we make ourselves.

You can eat in the dining room or on the terrace, perched above the sea, watching the sunset over the Argentiera coast. The kitchen is run by Rita, who has been leading it for thirty years.

Porcetto, the way we make it here

The piglet comes from our own farm and is slow-cooked on a spit, over embers. It's not porchetta, which is a different dish made with an adult pig roasted in the oven. Sardinian porcetto is a suckling pig, and you can taste the difference.
